Product Description

The PVC Garden Pipe Extrusion Machine manufactured by RD Engineering Works is designed for high-efficiency and continuous production of premium-quality PVC garden pipes. Engineered with advanced extrusion technology and precision components, the machine delivers smooth operation, excellent dimensional accuracy, and stable production output.

This extrusion line is specially designed for processing Soft PVC material and manufacturing garden pipes ranging from 6 mm to 40 mm in diameter. The machine is built with a robust Single Screw Extruder system that ensures efficient melting, uniform mixing, and consistent pipe quality.

To meet diverse production requirements, the machine can be configured for Single Layer, Double Layer, Three Layer, and Four Layer pipe production by adding jockey extruders and additional accessories. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of agricultural, household, and industrial pipe manufacturing applications.

The complete setup requires approximately 1500 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft. installation space, with an approximate machine length of 40 feet and width requirement of 8 to 10 feet. Operating efficiently on a 35 KW power load, the machine offers an average production capacity ranging from 70 Kg/hr to 120 Kg/hr, depending on the pipe size being manufactured.

For efficient and continuous production, it is recommended to install a chiller or cooling tower in the factory to maintain proper cooling performance and enhance overall machine efficiency.
